Game Overview

The game follows a very simple and precise principle to ensure success, which is tap and release. Since players are controlling a backflip diver, they remain in perfect control of their jump power, and flips. This results in the manipulation of very simple variables that are directly linked and dependent upon each other. 

As the player, you’re tasked with manipulating these variables precisely to land within the marked rectangles. First tap decides your jumping power, which means the quicker you release, the higher the diver will jump, and the slower you release, the farther away the diver will jump. The catch here however, is the dependency of the jump power and flips upon each other.

Jump Power

Backflip Dive 3D offers players a dynamic jump power ability that decides how high up, or how far off players can jump. This means, depending upon the landing target’s location and the level’s requirement, players will have to decide their jump power accordingly to successfully land within one of the three rectangles. . 

Flip Control

The second important aspect of the game focuses upon the amount of flips that a player can make before landing. This sounds easy, however, flipping often acts as the one factor that decides whether you’re able to stick your landing or not. Mastering the ability to land every flip perfectly is a work of art that takes time, energy and effort to master.

Precision Landing

Players might assume that sticking their landing might be enough, but more often than not the game requires players to score high enough to move to the next level.
